•Thursday, February 21st- Open Mic: Open Expression


Sign up's begin at 6:30pm.
Event is from 7:00-9:00pm at the UCSC Women's Center
We want to hear your voice!  Speak up!  The mic is all yours!

•Saturday, February 23rd- Nature: Forming Bonds Through Hiking

Meet at the UCSC Women's Center at 11;30 am
Bring brown bag lunch, water and your awesome hiking boots

•Monday, February 25th- Healing the Generations: Writing as Witness with Dr. Carolyn Dunn

Event is from 12:00-2:00 pm at the UCSC Women's Center
In this creative non-fiction writing workshop, we will explore the stories of our Ancestors. Who were our Ancestors? What were their struggles? How did their struggles make us into the people we are today? Join us to tell the stories that for too long have been overlooked.

 6:00-9:00 at the UCSC Women's Center

•Wednesday, February 27th- Open Mic: Spoken Word

Sign ups begin at 6:30 pm. Event is from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Baobab Lounge at Merrill College

•Thursday, February 28th - Dance: Tango Workshop and Interactive Art Project

Come join us for our workshop and learn how to express yourself through Tango. Time: 12:30pm-2:30pm.
Location: Women's Center.

•Friday, March 1st- Film Screening: Breaking Out of the Box

Come join in on the film viewing and a discussion afterward.
Event is from 12:00-1:30 pm at the Muwekma Ohlone Conference Room (Bay Tree Conference Room 3rd Floor)

•Wednesday, March 6th - Music: Performance & Drumming Workshop with Afia Walking Tree

Ready to be immersed in the world of percussion? If so we will see you at the Oakes Guzman Room from 7:00-10:00pm

•Thursday, March 7th - Comedy: Show Headlining Maria Shehata

Laugh off the stress of our upcoming finals with our headlining guest Maria Shehata. Where? At the Oakes Learning Center from 7:00-10:00pm.
Get ready for your side to hurt.

•Friday, March 8th - Honoring Student Mothers: Networking Luncheon Celebration

If you are a student mother we invite you to a luncheon specifically for you. Network with other student mothers on campus share stories and make new friends.

•Monday, March 11th- Guided Meditation & Artistic Representation

Calm yourself and leave the worries of the world behind in this workshop based on centering yourself

•Wednesday, March 13th - Dance: Express Yo Self (Hip-Hop Workshop)

Do you love Hip-Hop? Then THIS is the place to be. We will first be discussing its origins then we will be learning an amazing hip-hop routine.
We will be at The UCSC Women's Center from 4:30pm-6:30pm

•Friday, March 15th - Closing Reception: Volunteer & Participant Luncheon Celebration
